Will Daniels

After clerking for Daniels Law and graduating from Loyola Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 2017, Will followed a call to public service. In 2018, Will was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps where he served as a Judge Advocate (JAG) and Special Assistant United States Attorney.

During his time as an active-duty Marine, Will advocated for his clients in a variety of different practice areas including civil litigation, landlord-tenant law, family law, criminal law and tax.

As the Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center and Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, Will was responsible for the prosecution of federal crimes committed on those federal installations.

When not practicing law, Will is an avid rock climber, horseman, scuba diver, skydiver, and surfer.

In 2021 Will was elected President of the Cowboy Lawyers Association.

Will is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles where he serves on the education committee.

Will's undergraduate degree is in Broadcast Journalism from Chaminade University of Honolulu, where he spent four years studying the modern multi-media world, preparing for life as a jury trial lawyer. While in Hawaii, Will was a regional champion of the National Student Advertising competition, served as president of the Chaminade surf-club, and actively participated in multiple performance arts, including stage plays and poetry events.

At Loyola Law School Will devoted time to serving the student body as both a student representative and Internal-Social chair on the student government.
